Job Description
Workforce Personnel is currently recruiting experienced and dedicated Waking Night Support Workers to work in a children’s residential home in Aylesbury.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting vulnerable children and young people, especially during the crucial overnight hours.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar role (preferably within children’s residential care)
*
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to location and shift times)
*
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service – or willingness to apply for a new one
*
Up-to-date mandatory training certificates (or willingness to complete training)
*
Must be able to work alone confidently and responsibly
Key Responsibilities:

Provide overnight supervision, emotional support, and safeguarding for children and young people
*
Ensure the home remains calm and secure throughout the night
*
Respond to any needs or incidents promptly and appropriately
*
Maintain accurate records and effective handovers
