Join Our Team as a Waking Night Support Worker! Are you dedicated to making a difference through meaningful, overnight support? We’re looking for a male Waking Night Support Worker to provide vital care to a young man living independently in his own home in Kinson. This opportunity is only open to male candidates who have a strong background in health and social care, along with hands-on experience supporting individuals with autism or complex needs. A Genuine Occupational Requirement applies under Schedule 9, Paragraph 1 of the Equality Act 2010. This role is therefore only open to males, referring to the sex legally assigned at birth. ​ Please note: Autism Unlimited does not provide visa sponsorship ​If you're calm, patient and ready to bring your expertise to a role where every night counts – we’d love to hear from you. ​ The role: You would be working with Daniel, supporting him as part of 2:1 support.
