Position: Ward Patient Dining Host
Location: Southampton Hospital
Hours: 14:30 - 19:00 or 07:30 - 14:00
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate as an integral part of the Ward patient dining team.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality service that meets the needs and preferences of patients.
Coordinate meal and beverage services in accordance with the Ward Timing Schedule.
Monitor and manage dining activities to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in the preparation and presentation of meal services that uphold the standards of our organisation.
Liaise with kitchen staff and other departments to ensure timely and accurate meal delivery.
What We're Looking For:
A friendly and professional demeanour with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
