The service is a modern, purpose-built rehabilitation unit supporting adult men aged 18+ with complex mental health needs. The team delivers personalised, least-restrictive care that empowers individuals on their recovery journey in a safe, structured and therapeutic environment. Ward Manager duties will include: Leading and motivating a skilled nursing team Ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centred care Providing clinical leadership and day-to-day guidance Managing ward operations, staffing, and budgets Supporting staff development and wellbeing Working closely with a multidisciplinary teamWhat you’ll need: Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN Experience in a similar mental health or complex care setting A natural leader with excellent communication skills Passion for recovery-focused care and teamworkWhat’s on offer? £49,000 per year salary 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) + your birthday off Free meals and on-site parking Enhanced maternity package and life assurance Career development, training, and progression support Health and wellbeing support, plus retail discountsReady to take that next step?
