As a Ward Manager, you will:
Lead a team of clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure the highest standards of care and service.
Provide top-notch clinical leadership to maintain exemplary nursing care for all patients.
Foster a culture that prioritises health, safety, security, and infection control.
Guide the development of knowledge, ideas, and work practices within the team.
Plan, allocate, assess, and provide feedback to team members.
