Vibe Recruit are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to join a busy and growing operation in the Hengoed area. This is a full-time, long-term role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. We are looking for someone reliable, flexible, and committed - not a short-term quick fix.
Hours of Work
Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am - 2:00pm(Full-time, office-based)
Pay Rate
£12.48 per hourRole Overview
This is a mixed administrative and warehouse role, consisting of approximately:
75% Administration
25% Warehouse DutiesThe ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse administration, despatch, transport coordination, and goods-in/goods-out processes. You will be supporting the office and warehouse teams to ensure smooth daily operations, accurate paperwork, and efficient dispatching.
Key Responsibilities
Handling incoming goods and despatch documentation
Booking transport and scheduling collections
Creating and maintaining all related paperwork
Liaising with customers, drivers, and warehouse staff
Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
Supporting general warehouse duties as needed (approx. 25%)
Ensuring compliance with company procedures and health & safety guidelines
Assisting with stock checks and inventory updatesRequirements
Previous experience in a warehouse administrative or despatch admin role
Knowledge of transport booking, despatch processes, and goods-in procedures
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident dealing with customers, drivers, and warehouse personnel
IT literate with good attention to detail
Flexible and willing to support warehouse tasks when required
