Streamline Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a well-established logistics business based in Thurrock. Known for their commitment to training and developing new talent, they’re now looking to bring in a Warehouse Admin Trainee to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to enter the logistics sector, with full on-the-job training provided.
What you’ll be doing:
* Monitor and log expected arrivals and departures across multiple warehouse sites
* Act as a key liaison between warehouse teams and office staff
* Print and apply accurate labels to cargo as part of daily operations
* Support quality control processes and assist with compliance administration
* Ensure documentation is completed accurately and filed in line with company procedures
* Help coordinate stock movements and assist with basic inventory checks
What you’ll need:
* Basic Outlook and Excel skills (updating data, creating labels)
* A clear, professional telephone manner
* Strong attention to detail
* Reliable and well-organised approach to admin work
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Location: Thurrock (office-based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30
Salary: £22,000 starting salary
