Job Description

Warehouse operative/Administrator:Location: Magna Park, Lutterworth (LE17) Department: Logistics / Operations Working Hours: Sunday–Thursday, 15:00pm-00:00am. Salary: £13.20ph (£13.31 after 12 weeks) OT paid at £17.56 after 42.5 hours. Breaks: 1x 30 minute unpaid break + 2x 15minute paid breaks *Potential to go Perm* 📝 Job Purpose The Warehouse Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating shipments and deliveries, and supporting the warehouse team with administrative tasks to ensure compliance and productivity. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including documentation and data entry Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal departments to coordinate deliveries and collections Prepare shipping labels, invoices, and customs documentation as required Monitor stock levels and assist with stock audits and cycle counts Support the Warehouse Manager with scheduling, reporting, and compliance documentation Ensure all paperwork is filed and archived in accordance with company policies Assist with health and safety checks and maintain records of inspections Respond to internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner Assist the warehouse team with manual handling will also be required.📚 Desirable Attributes & Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse administrative role Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Experience with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite,EMS) is desirable Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team📚 Must Have Requirements Right to work in the uk. Can work Full-time hours (Not suitable to students). Own transport (this site is not accessible for those using public transport due to the shift finish time). Physically fit to assist with manual handling and hand-balling.
