Job Description

Job Title: Warehouse Administrator

Location: Yeadon (Yorkshire)
 Salary: Up to £32k Base + Benefits 

We are recruiting a Warehouse Administrator to join a well-established and growing logistics operation, supporting day-to-day warehouse activities and ensuring effective coordination between inbound, outbound and transport functions.

The business operates a busy, multi-user environment, handling a high volume of goods and providing reliable distribution solutions across the UK. This role is well suited to someone with warehouse or logistics experience who is highly organised and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inventory using WMS systems (Mandata, Oracle)
Coordinate goods in and out, including loading and unloading
Oversee stock organisation and replenishment
Support accurate picking and packing for dispatch
Maintain health and safety standards
Complete data entry, order processing and stock updates
Work with the wider team to improve operational efficiencySkills & Experience

Previous warehouse or logistics experience
Strong understanding of stock control
Experience with WMS systems (desirable)
High attention to detail
Strong organisational and communication skills
