Warehouse Administrator (Temporary Holiday Cover)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced distribution operation in Corby on a temporary holiday cover basis. Our client is seeking a motivated and organised individual to provide administrative and logistical support, ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the depot.

The Role

Position: Warehouse Administrator (Temporary Holiday Cover)
Location: Corby
Hours: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: Either 10:00am - 6:00pm or 12:00pm - 8:00pm
Pay Rate: £12.71 - £13.04 per hour
Additional Benefits: Free onsite parking

Key Responsibilities

Liaise closely with colleagues to understand customer and supplier requirements.
Respond to and manage customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Support procurement activities as required.
Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate data entry and record management.
Produce timely and accurate reports.
Carry out general administrative duties to support warehouse operations.
Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as required by the management team.

Skills & Experience Required

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is desirable.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
