Valenti Recruitment are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Administrator on behalf of our client, specialising in customer bookings and logistics support. This is a hands-on role requiring strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Booking Coordination
* Manage the end-to-end booking process for deliveries into customers with strict intake protocols (e.g., TJX Europe, M&M Direct, Boyes, The Original Factory Shop)
* Collate and prepare required delivery documentation including pallet counts, packing lists, ASN data, and labelling in line with customer-specific booking systems
* Liaise directly with customers to confirm delivery appointments and ensure systems are updated accordingly
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure goods are picked, packed, and labelled to customer specifications ahead of dispatch
Special Handling & Processing
* Organise customer-specific requirements such as re-packaging, re-labelling, or presentation adjustments as needed
Warehouse Administration
* Physically check off goods on arrival and process receipting and putaway into the system
* Create accurate packing lists and ensure all documentation reflects the correct quantities and product details
* Handle transfers, internal stock movements, stock adjustments, and journals
* Manage picking and shipping processes in line with customer expectations
Transport & Logistics
* Book UK and international collections, including parcels and palletised freight
* Ensure all outbound shipments meet customer documentation and compliance requirements
Team Support & Flexibility
* Provide cover for other warehouse admin staff during holidays or peak periods
* Support general warehouse admin functions including receipting in of stock, putaways, and basic stock handling on the system
* Be proactive and adaptable in taking on broader administrative duties as required
Experience:
* Proven experience in warehouse administration, with a focus on customer bookings and logistics compliance
* Familiarity with retailer booking portals and intake procedures (e.g., TJX, M&M Direct, etc.)
Skills:
* Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
* Confident communicator (both written and verbal)
* Proficient in Excel and experienced in using ERP or WMS systems
Desirable:
* Experience generating packing lists and working with retail intake requirements
* Comfortable managing shifting priorities and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
