Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Receiving: unloading inbound deliveries, checking products and quantities, reporting discrepancies or damage, and putting stock away in the correct location
* Picking: using hand-held scanners to collect products, consolidating orders for dispatch, and reporting shortages or damage
* Checking: ensuring all picked items match the pick slip in terms of quantity, product type, and (where required) software version
* Packing: preparing shipments securely to meet customer and company standards, including accurate labelling
* Shipping: dispatching goods via the right carrier, applying freight charges, and ensuring documentation is complete
* Supporting returns processing and other warehouse tasks as required
* Suggesting improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and traceability
* Working closely with supervisors and team members to meet tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous warehouse experience with proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
* Excellent attention to detail with a diligent, accurate approach
* PPT experience (Powered Pallet Truck) is essential
* Valid Reach Truck D2 licence required
* Counterbalance licence an advantage but not essential
* Flexible and co-operative attitude with a strong team spirit
* Delivery-focused and confident working to daily shipping deadlines
* Basic PC skills preferred, with experience in warehouse systems a bonus
