Job Description
Arden White Aviation, Aerospace & Automotive Recruitment are working with a leading aerospace manufacturer at Oxford Airport who are seeking Warehouse Coordinators to join their Material Management Division.
This is an excellent opportunity to support both civil and military helicopter operations in a fast-paced, high-performing warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate warehouse operations across inbound, outbound, repairs, and tool control.
Support Team Leaders and Management in achieving departmental and company targets.
Manage material orders, stock movements, and ensure items are handled according to safety and airworthiness standards.
Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular progress reports.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure a safe, clean, and organised work area.
Essential Requirements
Previous warehouse or material handling experience, ideally within aviation or engineering.
Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain).
Full UK driving licence.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
Additional Information: Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK, and be able to obtain DBS and SC Security Clearance.
