About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Coordinator to support the smooth running of a busy Material Management Warehouse. Reporting to the Warehouse & Distribution Manager, you’ll be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations to ensure efficient stock handling and control.
This is a practical, active warehouse role ideal for someone with previous warehouse experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
-Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily warehouse operations in line with company policies and safety standards
Ensure accurate stock control, movement, and record keeping
Operate forklift trucks and other warehouse equipment (training certificate preferred)
Support goods in/out, picking, packing, and distribution activities
Contribute to continuous improvement of warehouse processes for optimal stock turn
-Requirements
Full UK Driving Licence
Forklift licence/certificate preferred (training certificate of attendance acceptable)
Previous warehouse experience desirable
Based locally in Oxford and available immediately
Must be able to obtain DBS Security Clearance and be eligible for SC clearance
Must meet all Export Compliance Regulations
