Warehouse Co-ordinator
Location: Wath upon Dearne
Salary: £24,000 per year (£13.18 per hour)
Hours: 35 hours per week (8am–4pm Monday to Thursday, 8am–3pm Friday)
Holiday: 25 days per year
Travis Talent is delighted to be recruiting for a Warehouse Co-ordinator to join a friendly and established business based in Wath upon Dearne. This is a full-time, office-based role offering excellent long-term prospects for someone who is eager to grow and develop within the company.
The successful candidate will work as part of a small, supportive team to help organise site visits for service engineers through effective procurement, ordering and quoting. You’ll be liaising directly with customers, so strong communication skills and a commitment to great customer service are essential.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating site visits for service engineers, ensuring materials and parts are ordered and prepared in good time.
* Providing a high level of customer service and account management support.
* Using computerised systems such as Windows, ERP, Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce to manage information and workflows.
* Overseeing stock management and sorting service or repair parts within a small warehouse environment.
* Operating a counterbalance forklift truck (a licence is desirable but full training can be provided).
