Job Description

We’re recruiting a proactive Warehouse Coordinator to join our operation in a key, client supported role. You’ll be the central point of coordination on shift, helping the team deliver safe, efficient warehouse operations and keeping performance on track against KPIs and customer requirements.

This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step into a hands-on coordination and leadership role in a structured, high-performing environment.

What's in it for you

  * £14.40 per hour

  * Rotating shifts Monday to Friday - 05:30 to 14:00 and 13:30 to 22:00

  * A DBS would be required

What you’ll be doing

  * Coordinate daily warehouse activity and keep the shift running smoothly

  * Allocate labour based on volume, priorities, and deadlines

  * Maintain visibility of workflow, risks, backlogs, and service issues, taking action quickly when needed

  * Prioritise workload to meet KPIs across productivity, service, accuracy, and quality

  * Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues on shift

  * Deliver clear shift handovers and support strong communication across the team

  * Provide hands-on leadership on the floor, supporting, coaching, and guiding operatives

  * Lead shift briefings and drive consistent standards and accountability

  * Promote safe working practices and ensure compliance with site processes
