Basingstoke
Full-Time | Permanent

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual looking to join a dynamic warehouse team? We are recruiting on behalf of a valued client for a Warehouse Co-Ordinator role within a fast-paced and supportive environment.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on position requiring someone who is highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing a variety of warehouse duties. The successful candidate will support the Warehouse Manager and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in stock handling, dispatch, and administration.
Key Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
Picking, packing, and accurately labelling sales orders for despatch
Booking deliveries through courier websites
Preparing export documentation
Receiving and recording incoming stock
Repacking items and organising warehouse layout
Maintaining tidy, safe working conditions
Communicating effectively with sales and engineering teams
Keeping accurate records of inventory and stock movementIdeal Candidate Will Have:
Strong organisational and timekeeping skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Solid computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems
Previous warehouse experience (essential)
Forklift experience (preferred but not essential)
Knowledge of import/export procedures (advantageous)Why Apply?
