Job Description
Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Warehouse ETSF Team Leader for a well-established Freight Forwarder. The company is based in The Feltham, Middlesex area.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily operations within the Warehouse.
* Overseeing a small team of Warehouse operatives
* Hands on with all Warehouse duties
* Forklift driving (Counterbalance and Reach Truck)
* Monitor and guide warehouse operatives to ensure high levels of productivity, accuracy, and safety.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient working environment.
* Work closely with Management and other departments
Requirements
* Must be fully trained and experienced in freight warehouse procedures
* Sound understanding of aviation security requirements and air cargo handling.
* Basic IT skills
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead a small team.
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-changing priorities.
* Knowledge of ETSF procedures
* Counterbalance and Reach truck licences
Working hours are:-
Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm
