Job Description
An excellent career opportunity to join a Global Engineering Market Leader with the opportunity to progress as a Warehouse Operative.
Umbrella rate £17.80 per hour
Pension, 20 Days Holiday Pro Rata.
Temp-Permanent 12 weeks
Overtime Paid @ Time/Half and Double Time
Shift pattern 4 on 5 off > 5 on 4 off
The main purpose of a Warehouse Operative
* Support the flow of stock and totes through the distribution warehouse site
* Ensuring that all goods that are loaded or unloaded onto the automation system match the relevant paperwork
* Moving and handling items and totes on conveyor systems
* Using basic hand tools
* Supporting the continuous flow of the conveyors, the warehouse flow
* Previous use of PDA and IT literacy
Warehouse Operative
* Must have a good, positive, can-do attitude
* Full Training is supported, given
* To have experience working in a warehouse environment
* H& S Aware
* The ability to work effectively under limited supervision
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Follow processes and procedures
* Continuous Development
