Warehouse & FLT Driver
up to £14.25ph, NN17 1QE, 8am till 5pm M-F (flexibility on working hours required), Parking, Temp to Perm
Due to continued success and rapid expansion plans, a small manufacturing site has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse & FLT Driver to join them. You will provide support to the General Manager throughout the site:
Operating a Counterbalance FLT Truck, loading and unloading lorries, in a time effective and safe manner
Picking pallets from locations for delivery, and taking completed pallets from production area into storage location in warehouse
Updating stock locations on in-house system, checking proof of deliveries match products delivered
Transporting raw materials required for daily production requirements
General warehouse duties as required, including manual lifting, cleaning and maintaining both warehouse and yard areaWe would expect the successful Warehouse & FLT Driver to be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of Counterbalance FLT trucks, be an excellent communicator and have a proactive, teamwork focused manner. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within Fork Lift Truck driving, Warehouse & FLT Operating, or a Warehouse & FLT Assistant position.
You will be joining the Corby site of an independent manufacturing company who has been established for nearly 20 years, and has an enviable reputation in their field of manufacturing. Working directly with the General Manager, this role offers variety on a daily basis.
