Job Description

Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator, £30,000 – £34,000, Early Finish Friday, Hinckley

  * Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator Jobs, Stores Controller Jobs, Inventory Controller Jobs, Logistics Coordinator Jobs, Warehouse Supervisor Jobs (Standalone role).

  * £30,000 – £34,000 + benefits (including pension + 25 days holiday + banks)

  * Small friendly team, low pressure, no direct reports.

  * 37.5-hour week - 12:30pm finish on Fridays.

This is a hands-on, standalone role responsible for the day-to-day running of a small but busy warehouse function. You will take ownership of goods-in, inventory control, logistics coordination and associated administration, while also supporting internal teams and providing a high level of customer service.

Your background as a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator:

  * Previous experience within a warehouse, stores, logistics or inventory-based role

  * Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system for stock control and transactions

  * Comfortable working in a standalone, hands-on role with full ownership of processes.

  * Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail

  * Forklift licence is a MUST and confident handling goods safely

  * Good communication skills, with the ability to liaise with suppliers, customers and internal teams.

  * Physically fit and comfortable with some manual handling tasks

Key responsibilities as a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator:

  * Manage goods-in, inventory control and stock accuracy using SAP systemsInspect & transport good / materials to designated areas using forklift/hand truck.

  * Coordinate and arrange transport, liaising with suppliers, couriers and customers

  * Carry out packing, labelling and preparation of goods for dispatch with accurate documentation

  * Maintain a safe, organised warehouse environment including stock checks and housekeeping

  * Support customer service activities including order updates, queries and coordination

  * Complete all relevant administration, documentation and compliance records accurately

This Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator job is based in Hinckley and is commutable from Nuneaton, Leicester, Coventry, Rugby, Lutterworth and surrounding areas.
