ReQuire are partnering with a well-established and highly respected UK manufacturer to recruit an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager.

The Opportunity
Reporting into senior management, you'll be responsible for the effective day-to-day management of warehouse operations, inventory control and logistics activities.
Working closely with Manufacturing, Procurement and Customer Service teams, you'll ensure products are received, stored and distributed efficiently while maintaining exceptional service levels and operational standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading all warehouse activities including goods receipt, storage, inventory management, picking, packing and dispatch
* Maintaining high levels of stock accuracy through cycle counts, audits and reconciliations
* Managing inbound and outbound logistics, transportation providers and freight performance
* Monitoring and improving warehouse KPIs, productivity and service levels
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and logistics operations
* Managing returns, damaged stock and non-conforming products
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety, quality and operational standards
* Overseeing warehouse systems and inventory management processes
* Leading, coaching and developing the warehouse and logistics team
* Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
About You
We're looking for an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager who combines strong operational expertise with excellent leadership skills.
You will have:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience managing warehouse and logistics operations within a manufacturing, engineering or industrial environment
* Strong knowledge of supply chain, warehousing and distribution best practices
* Experience using ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
* Proven people management and team development experience
* Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
* A proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset
* Strong understanding of health & safety and operational compliance requirements
Desirable
* Qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business Management
* Experience managing import/export and international logistics activities
* Knowledge of material handling equipment and warehouse operations
