Barron McCann are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Manager who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment. Do you have the leadership skills to drive performance, develop teams, and keep complex warehouse operations running like clockwork? 

You will take ownership of two critical warehouse functions, ensuring stock, equipment, and project materials are managed efficiently, accurately, and safely.

What You'll Be Doing 

• Leading and motivating Warehouse Team Leaders and Assistant Team Leaders 

• Managing the day-to-day operation of both Service and Project warehouses 

• Driving warehouse performance across stock accuracy, dispatch, inventory integrity, and productivity 

• Ensuring goods-in, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes are delivered flawlessly 

• Maintaining robust stock control, asset tracking, audits, and cycle counts 

• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, workflow, and warehouse utilisation 

• Supporting the implementation and optimisation of WMS/ERP systems 

• Working closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Workshop, Service Delivery, and Project teams 

• Championing Health & Safety and maintaining a clean, organised warehouse environment  

• Operating a 7 day week operation (shifts within the hours of 7am and 8pm)

What We're Looking For 

We're looking for a proactive leader with: 

• Proven warehouse management experience 

• Strong people leadership and team development skills 

• Experience managing inventory, stock control, and warehouse KPIs 

• Knowledge of WMS and/or ERP systems 

• Excellent organisational and planning abilities 

• A hands-on approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement 

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 

• Solid understanding of warehouse Health & Safety requirements
