Are you an experienced warehouse professional with strong leadership skills? Integral Staff is recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor on behalf of a respected and fast-paced distribution business based in Swanley. The Role:
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high standards of performance. You’ll manage a team of operatives, coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, and work closely with management to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervising a team of warehouse staff to ensure productivity and quality standards are met
*
Organising workloads and shift patterns to meet operational demands
*
Overseeing goods-in and goods-out processes, including loading and dispatch
*
Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring stock accuracy
*
Enforcing health and safety policies and ensuring all staff are compliant
*
Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing best practices
*
Training and mentoring new and existing team members
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution supervisory role

Strong leadership and team management skills
*
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
*
Knowledge of warehouse health & safety procedures
*
Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
*
Good communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
