Job Description
We are pleased to be working on behalf our client, a main distribution centre based in Felixstowe who are looking for a Warehouse Manager to expand their team.
You will be responsible for supporting the warehousing operations, working closely with the Contracts Managers.
Key Duties:
* People management support including conducting reviews.
* Operations support to the Contract Managers.
* Maintain ongoing customer relationships.
* Ensure performance standards and targets are set and understood by all members of the team.
* Look to improve, write, and implement processes and communicate through the team.
* Reviewing KPI’s.
* Deal with transport issues.
Previous Skills & Experience:
* Team player with good communication skills.
* Stock management experience.
* Previous experience within a logistics position.
* Good understanding of stock management.
* Professional in liaising with clients.
