Lead, Optimise, Deliver
We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead warehousing and electrical assembly operations at this Warwick site. You'll oversee goods in/out, inventory accuracy, stock control and team performance-driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
What You'll Do
Manage all aspects of warehouse operations including goods receipt, storage, and dispatch
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10-12 across warehouse and electrical workshop
Ensure health & safety compliance and champion a culture of safety
Maintain stock accuracy and optimise ERP/WMS processes
Identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and cost control
Liaise with the Electrical Design Team to support bespoke product assembly
Work with suppliers and transport partners to ensure smooth logistics
What You'll Bring
Strong leadership and warehouse management experience
Knowledge of ERP systems, stock control and warehouse best practice
HSE awareness and forklift licence
Proficient in MS Office and performance reporting
Confident in improving processes, solving problems and managing change
Desirable:
Logistics or warehouse-related qualifications
IOSH/NEBOSH or similar H&S training
Experience in high-volume, fast-paced operations
Excellent people management skills and experience
