Warehouse Manager - Dukinfield
Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMWe are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our Dukinfield facility. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a background in warehouse management to take ownership of a busy and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and safety at all times
Manage and motivate warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock control procedures
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costsRequirements:
Proven experience in warehouse management or a supervisory logistics role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office
Forklift license (preferred but not essential)What We Offer:
