Warehouse Operative – North Baddesley
Immediate Start | Ongoing Role | Weekly Pay
We’re looking for reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our client’s busy team in North Baddesley.
This is an ongoing, full-time opportunity with weekly pay and a great working environment.
📅 Hours - Monday to Friday - 10:30am – 6:30pm
💷 Pay Rate - £12.21 per hour, rising to £12.82 after 13 consecutive weeks (parity rate)
Key Duties
Order picking and packing
Goods-in and stock movement
Shrink wrapping and general warehouse support
Manual handling of products (training provided)
Following all site Health & Safety procedures
Requirements
Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
Able to work as part of a team
Safety boots and hi-vis vest required
