Job Description
We are working with a growing organisation in the Ramsgate area who are looking for a Warehouse Operations Associate to join their team on a permanent basis, in office.
Offering a competitive salary, option to work weekends in place of weekdays, 20 days holiday + bank holidays, company pension and an overall great package.
The ideal person will be a self-starter, hardworking and have the willingness to learn new processes.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Pick & pack orders efficiently, with a high attention to detail.
Plan your time and track your stock levels to ensure all products are produced on time.
Work effectively as part of our team and assist others when able.
Assist the production team with cutting and wicking of materials.
Keep track of stock and be pro-active in everything you do.
Adhere to all standard operating procedures, instructions, and health and safety policies on site.
Be open & communicative with transparency, wellbeing, and asking questions when they arise.
Safe operation of any equipment on site.
Ensure your workspace is tidy & organised.
Any other responsibilities that may reasonably be required.Requirements:
Demonstrable warehouse/stores experience is essential.
You will need your own vehicle to attend the site (no public transport).
You will have great customer service and a genuine desire to help people.
You will have a willingness to learn new things and be a team player.
Possess a positive, optimistic and sociable attitude to fit the team culture.
You will be a punctual, organised and pro-active individual.Local candidates need only apply.
