We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a company based in Ipswich who are looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the daily warehouse operations.
Key Duties:
* Supervised warehouse staff, delegated tasks, and monitored performance.
* Managed daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
* Oversaw container palletising, racking, picking, and loading activities.
* Ensured goods were handled, stored, and dispatched safely and efficiently.
* Maintained accurate warehouse records and documentation.
* Monitored stock movement and maintained effective warehouse organisation
* Enforced health and safety procedures and ensured compliance at all times.
* Supported HR-related matters including attendance management, training, performance, and disciplinary procedures.
Previous Skills & Experience:
* Strong leadership skills.
* Previous warehouse experience.
* Ability to manage and lead people.
* Forklift experience or license would be advantageous.
* Strong communication skills and problem solving.
