Job Description

Steer Staffing are currently recruiting for ADHOC Afternoon Warehouse Operatives to join a distribution company in Wednesbury.

The hours will be 5 nights on, 3 nights off 12pm – 10am.

ADHOC will mean as and when work, to the needs of the business.

There will be an induction on Wednesday 2nd September from 9am – 2pm.

The duties of the Afternoon Warehouse Operative will include:

  * Loading and unloading vehicles

  * Moving stock around the warehouse

  * Picking orders

  * Heavy lifting of white goods

  * Cleaning and tidying the warehouse

  * Cleaning and tidying the vehicles

The ideal Afternoon Warehouse Operative will have:

  * Experience in a similar role

  * Experience of lifting and moving heavy items

The hours of work for the Afternoon Warehouse Operative will be 5 days on and 3 days off 10pm – 8am.

The salary for the Afternoon Warehouse Operative will be £12.76 per hour
