Warehouse Operative (FLT Driver)
Pertemps are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our client’s busy Stores team within a leading UK supplier and manufacturer.
As part of a fast-paced warehouse environment, you will play a key role in ensuring products are picked, packed, and dispatched quickly and efficiently to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities of this Warehouse Operative role:
Unpack, receive, and safely store goods.
Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and on time to ensure safe delivery to customers.
Keep work areas clean, tidy, and safe.
Remain flexible to support the wider needs of the department and business.
Follow Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times.
Undertake any other reasonable duties as required.
Identify and communicate training needs.
Skills required foe this Warehouse Operative role:
Counterbalance and Reach truck license
Full UK driving license – Due to location
Experience in a similar role
Ability to lift and move heavy items
Team player
Details of this Warehouse Operative role:
Hourly rate: £12.25ph
Location: Cheshire, Woore
Hours: Office between 08:00 – 18:00; workshop hours typically 08:00 – 16:30
Flexibility: Option to work contracted hours over 4 days (subject to workload)
Holiday: 30 days including statutory, rising to 33 after 1 year
Bonus: Annual business performance bonus (non-contractual)
Pension: Auto-enrolment with enhanced employer contributions after 3 years
