Job Description
We are on looking for a reliable and hard-working Warehouse Operative to join our team in Northampton, NN7, with immediate start.
This is a temporary role, but could lead to an on going position for the right candidate, and it is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong warehouse and MHE skills.
🕗 Shift pattern: Monday - Friday, 08:00-16:00
💷 Pay Rate: £12.52/hour, with paid breaks.
Overtime available midweek and one Saturday per month.
Key Responsibilities:
Picking, loading, and unloading goods using RF scanners
Operating dock-level bay doors
Communicating effectively with delivery drivers
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a warehouse environment
Certification in Reach Truck, Counterbalance and experience with T20
Strong communication skills and a good level of English
A professional, reliable, and hard-working attitude
