Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to materials management, including stocking, picking and packing, and shipping and receiving. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Working on a production line packing chilled food into bags and boxes.
* Working in a frezzer environment (PPE Provided)
* Perform picking and packing duties accurately to fulfil customer orders.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse to promote a safe working environment.
* Handle heavy lifting as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
* Quality checking products before they are packed
Experience
* Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable, particularly in roles involving materials handling.
* Experience in stocking, picking & packing, as well as shipping & receiving processes is beneficial.
* Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout shifts is essential. Join us in this vital role where your contributions will directly impact our operational success!
* PPT or FLT Bendi licence preferred but not essential
Pay and Rates
Freezer rate is £12.21 + Freezer allowance (Total hourly - £13.43)
Monday to Friday 10:00 – 19:00
Sunday to Thursday 06:00 – 15:00
