Role: Warehouse Operative / Good in Clerk

Location: Fairford, Gloucestershire
Salary: £12.60 p/h,
Flat shift pattern of 9am - 6pm, Mon- Fri
We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / Good in Clerk for a well-established, leading Builders Merchants in the Fairford, Gloucestershire region. The ideal candidate will have the following expertise and experience:
Attention to detail
Receiving, inspecting, and booking in the correct items to ensure our stock levels are accurate.
Physically fit and able to lift items up to 25kg
Able to work under pressure
Working as part of a team
A good understanding of computer work (we use a lot of different tabs on our system)
Must know how to use Outlook
Raise discrepancy with supplier via email or phone
Good housekeeping
Good timekeeping
Dealing with delivery drivers
Understanding the use of a pallet truck
Boxing up daily deliveries between 5pm-6pm
Customer interaction with committed customer service is also a major part of the position in general, so a pro-active approach and positive attitude will be required at all times.
