Warehouse Operative
Location: Yate
Salary: £28,500 per annum
Hours: Full-time – 42.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 1-week rotating shift
* Morning Shift: 5:00am – 2:00pm
* Late Shift: 1:00pm – 10:00pm
This is a key operational role suited for someone with a strong work ethic, good attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receive, check, and process incoming stock and deliveries
* Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch orders
* Operate forklifts safely and efficiently (valid licence required)
* Perform regular stock control and inventory checks
* Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards
* Report stock discrepancies and follow warehouse procedures
* Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily targets
Requirements:
* Valid forklift licence (essential)
* Strong basic maths skills
* Able to handle manual lifting and movement of goods
* Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently
* Full UK driving licence and access to transport (site may not be easily accessible via public transport)
