Red Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and reliable warehouse operative to join our client team as. In this role, you will be an essential part of our operations, ensuring that products are efficiently handled, stored, and dispatched. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and organization within the warehouse environment.
Duties
* Perform picking and packing of orders accurately and efficiently.
* Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stock.
* Load and unload goods from lorries, ensuring safe handling practices are followed.
* Assist in shipping and receiving activities, verifying the accuracy of shipments against documentation.
* Handle materials with care, ensuring they are stored correctly to prevent damage.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to promote a safe working environment.
* Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
Skills
* Experience in picking and packing within a warehouse setting is preferred.
* Familiarity with warehouse management systems for efficient inventory control.
* Ability to handle materials safely and effectively, including loading and unloading tasks.
* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
* A proactive attitude towards teamwork and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
