Job Description
Warehouse Operative – Rotation Shifts (Coventry, near Baginton Airport)
* Pay: £523.20 per week based on 40 hours
* Hours: Rotation Shifts, 2 Weeks of 06:00–14:30 and 2 weeks of 14:30–23:00, 5 out of 7 days including weekends
You will be required to attend our Hinckley office for an aptitude assessment
Join Aligra’s client at their state-of-the-art warehouse near Baginton Airport. We’re looking for motivated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to support inbound, inventory, dispatch, and tech support teams.
What you’ll do:
* Pick and assemble parcels for delivery using scanners and computer systems
* Track and update inventory movements and records
* Carry out regular inventory counts and audits
* Personalise tech products according to customer requirements
* Sort and dispatch orders to ensure timely delivery
* Collaborate with the team to resolve inventory discrepancies
What you’ll need:
* Reliable with a strong work ethic
* Enthusiastic and driven to meet targets
* Good spoken and written English
* Basic DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one
* Able to work effectively as part of a team
* Need to be able to work until January 2026
