Warehouse Operative - (Bourne, Lincolnshire)
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our client's team at a busy manufacturing factory in Bourne, Lincolnshire. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment, working hands-on with tyre production from start to finish using modern machinery.

Location:
* Bourne, Lincolnshire (own transport required due to location).
Pay:
* £13.64 per hour.
* Quarterly Bonus of £250
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday - no weekends!
* Rotating shifts:
* 6 am - 2 pm
* 2 pm - 10 pm
* 10 pm - 6 am
Main Duties:
* Tyre Handling: Work with tyres from the very beginning of the production process.
* Machine Operation: Operate diagnostic machinery and other production equipment.
* Casing Inspection: Perform visual checks of tyre casings to ensure quality standards.
* Manual Handling: Move and organise casings (this is a physically demanding role).
* Quality Control: Maintain company quality standards throughout the process.
