Job Description

Role Overview:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Part-Time Warehouse Operators to support busy seasonal operations in our Burgess Hill facility. This role is ideal for individuals looking for flexible work where they can choose their own shifts each week.
You will play a key part in ensuring stock is processed efficiently and orders are prepared accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
  * Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders
  * Sorting, labelling, and organising stock
  * Loading and unloading goods (manual handling involved)
  * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  * Following warehouse processes and instructions accurately
  * Using handheld scanners or basic warehouse systems (training provided)
Requirements:
  * Ability to work on your feet and handle manual tasks
  * Good attention to detail
  * Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
  * Works well as part of a team
  * Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential
  * Must be comfortable working shifts up to 8 hours
