Job Title: Temp to Perm Picker/Packer & Machine Operative
Location: Horsham Area
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am – 4pm
Role Overview:
We are hiring two reliable and motivated operatives to join a well-established manufacturing environment on a temp to perm basis. The role involves handling metal stock, operating cutting and machining equipment (with full training provided), and supporting the packing and preparation of products for dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick metal stock according to daily order requirements.
*
Support machine operation for metal cutting and processing following training.
*
Pack and prepare metal products securely to ensure quality for shipment.
*
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in line with health and safety guidelines.
*
Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and replenishment.
*
Follow company processes and safety procedures at all times.
Skills and Experience:
*
Forklift licence is a nice-to-have but not essential.
*
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
*
Physically able to perform manual handling and lifting tasks.
*
Willingness to learn new skills and undergo training.
*
Dependable with a good attendance record and positive attitude.
