Warehouse Operative - Cold Environment
Location: Bristol
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off
Shifts: 6:00am-6:00pm (Days) or 6:00pm-6:00am (Nights)
Salary: Days £12.90 per hour | Nights £13.90 per hour (plus overtime outside normal shift pattern)
Contracted Hours: 40.25 hours per week
Environment: Cold (chilled warehouse)
Includes some weekend work

What You'll Be Doing
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a key role in our fast-paced Despatch team, ensuring products are prepared and shipped accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include:
Picking and processing finished products for customer orders.
Loading orders onto vehicles for delivery.
Maintaining a clean and organized Despatch area, including stock rotation.
Logging product shortages and reporting to management.
Working in a cold environment and meeting time-sensitive deadlines.
Wearing PPE at all times and following Health & Safety guidelines.What We're Looking For
Good level of English and Maths.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 4-on-4-off pattern.
Previous experience in a similar role (food manufacturing preferred but not essential).
Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
Ability to adapt to change and work as part of a team.
Basic understanding of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene (training provided).
Forklift license preferred but not essential.What You'll Get in Return
