Job Description
We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a manufacturing company based in Crawley. This is a fixed-term contract until 28th February 2026.
You’ll need previous warehouse experience and be able to commit to the full contract duration.
As a Warehouse Operative, your key responsibilities will include:
* Picking & Packing
* Organising stock
* Goods In & Out
* Maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse
* Adhering to Health and Safety policies and procedures
Requirements for the Warehouse Operative:
* Prior experience working in a warehouse
* Able to commit to the contract until February 2026
* Based in Crawley or nearby
* Have a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
* Available to start immediately

Salary: £24,772 plus a £3,100 shift allowance, taking the total package to £27,872.
The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately.
