About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing team based in Newbury. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  * Picking and packing orders accurately

  * Receiving, unloading, and storing incoming deliveries

  * Conducting stock checks and maintaining inventory records

  * Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, organised, and safe

  * Assisting with loading and dispatching goods

  * Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements:

  * Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential

  * Good attention to detail and organisational skills

  * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  * Physically fit and capable of manual handling

  * Basic IT skills are an advantage

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (with occasional overtime available)
