Job Description

The Job People are looking for a Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established Logistics company in Redditch. 

We are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic colleagues who are willing to work long term with the opportunity to gain a full-time contract.

Previous order picking experience is advantageous - using RF Scanners & paper picking. 

Heavy lifitng involved for Warehouse Operative role

Must be able to read and understand English. 

Shift Hours as a Warehouse Operative in Redditch

Fixed Day Shift 
8.30am - 5pm
Monday - FridayPay Rates for Warehouse Operative:

£12.71 per hour from 01.04.2026
Overtime available 
Opportunity to get upskilled and increase take home pay Duties as a Warehouse Operative:
