Job Description

Apply today to work as a Warehouse Operative for our client's distribution centre. 
 
Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Operatives in Northampton. 
 
The rate of pay is £13.49 per hour. 
 
This is a full-time role working fixed shifts and the hours of work are: 
- Monday to Friday 6am to 2.30pm (flexibilty needed for 8-4.30pm) 
 
Your Time at Work
 
As a Warehouse Operative your duties include: 
 
- Performing general warehouse duties such as picking, packing, and stock management. 
- Utilise IT skills to manage inventory and input data, particularly using Excel. 
- Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all computer-based tasks. 
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment. 
 
Our Perfect Worker
 
Our perfect worker will have strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is comfortable working on a computer as well as handling traditional warehouse duties. Requirements: 
 
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential. 
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
