Job Description

Warehouse Operative – North Baddesley 
Hours: 10:30 – 18:30 (Monday to Friday
 Pay Rate: £12.71per hour (increasing to £13.40 after 12 consecutive weeks)

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse team in North Baddesley. 
This role involves a mix of picking, packing, goods‑in, and general warehouse duties.
 
(Warehouse and Manual Handling experience is essential for this role)

 Key Duties
Order picking and packing
Fulfilment tasks to meet daily customer demand
Goods‑in: unloading, checking, and storing deliveries
Shrink wrapping pallets and goods
Manual handling of stock
General warehouse housekeeping and supporting the wider teamRequirements
Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
Ability to work on your feet and handle manual tasks
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
Good attention to detail
