Warehouse Operative - Spare Parts Despatch

Chalgrove, Oxfordshire (OX44)
Full-Time | Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing operation in Chalgrove, Oxfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Working as part of a supportive team, you will be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, preparing orders for dispatch, and helping to keep warehouse operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Picking and packing customer orders accurately
Preparing goods for dispatch and processing returns
Replenishing stock and maintaining inventory accuracy
Loading and unloading deliveries when required
Using warehouse management and computerised systems
Communicating effectively with colleagues regarding stock movements
Coordinating with transport providers to support timely deliveries
Maintaining high standards of health, safety and housekeeping
Supporting the wider warehouse operation as requiredThis is a hands-on role that involves being on your feet throughout the day, with some manual handling and lifting duties.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

Previous warehouse experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic IT skills, including the use of email and warehouse systems
The ability to follow processes and work effectively within a team
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
A forklift counterbalance licence (desirable, but not essential)
A full UK driving licence and access to transport due to the location
