About the Company

We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our well-established client, who is seeking several reliable Warehouse Operatives to join their growing team in Luton. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity within a chilled environment — perfect for candidates seeking stability and a long-term career path.

Key Responsibilities:

  * Picking and packing orders efficiently and accurately

  * Safely lifting and moving boxes within the warehouse

  * Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work area

  * Following health and safety guidelines at all times

  * Assisting with inventory management and documentation

Candidate Requirements:

  * Previous experience in chilled warehousing is a plus but not essential

  * Strong attention to detail

  * Basic maths skills and good English (written and spoken)

  * Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

  * Ideally have own transport due to the site location

  * Must have own safety boots

Benefits:

  * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7am – 5pm

  * Pay rate: £12.75 per hour, increasing to £13.00 per hour upon becoming permanent

  * Occasional Sunday overtime (9am – 1pm) paid at £19.12 per hour (time and a half)

  * Personal protective equipment provided (Hi-Vis & gloves)

  * Pension scheme

  * Paid holidays

  * On-site parking

  * 1 stage Face to Face interview and ASAP start
