Warehouse Operative (Picking & Packing)

Mansfield Area
£12.85 per hour
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Temp to Perm

Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are currently recruiting for experienced Warehouse Operatives on behalf of a busy distribution company based in the Mansfield area.

This is a fast-paced warehouse environment where successful candidates will be involved in both picking and packing food and drink products ready for dispatch.

Duties will include:

Picking customer orders using pick sheets

Packing products accurately and efficiently

Heavy lifting of products up to 20kg

Working towards productivity targets (65+ orders per shift)

Quality checking orders before dispatch

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

General warehouse duties as required

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous warehouse, picking or packing experience is essential

Good attention to detail and accuracy

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment

A good level of fitness due to lifting and being on your feet throughout the shift

Safety boots and hi-vis vest

A reliable and positive attitude

What's on offer:

£12.85 per hour

Monday to Friday working pattern

No weekend work

Full-time hours
